So here are some facts that some of you may have known it but some others don't. I hope this post useful for everyone.
1. Eating Lettuce can help those who have sleeping problems.
2. You can neutralize medicines by drinking milk.
3. Yoghurt help you cure gastric pains.
4. Eating chocolate, bananas or singing can help you get your mood back.
5. If you can't sleep at night, a 15 minutes sleep can boost your body.
6. Tea is not recommended if or when you suffer gastric pains.
7. Smelling apples or bananas for 5 minutes everyday can decrease fats.
8. Brushing your teeth right after you eat can get you a tooth problem easily.
9. You can detect someone who is watching you by yawning. Usually people who watch your every movement will yawn right after you yawn.
10. A smile can make you live 5 seconds longer.
