Team Work

What is a team? Team is a bunch of people who literally have to work together in order to figure out about something. Team usually consists of more than 2 people. As long as I have lived and worked in a team, there is always that one person who doesn't work at all? I mean, the teachers have always known who to put to make your team imperfect, or as I prefer to state it, "to make the lazy one work" term.

For example, Taylor is the main character.
What other people see:
1. Taylor
2. Selena
3. Kanye
4. Trump
5. Hillary
6. Zendaya

What Taylor see:

1. Me, working everything gradually
2. Selena, the master mind of the team.
3. Kanye, only has ideas but they never work out.
4. Trump, says everything without action,
5. Hillary, helping and still working gradually.
6. Zendaya, the one who only puts her name on the name list without doing anything.

C'mon, it's a public secret already that a team must consist of those people. So only 3 out of 6 will work gradually and perfectly, maybe the rest work but seriously usually there is this one heartless person in a team who only know the project when it is finished. Bothered? Me too. But that's life, you know what? if life always gives you good thing and never gives you bad things, you will never able to see how good it is a good thing is.

My solution for this kinda problem: First if you have a golden heart, push those who don't put their hands on the project. Make them work at least just scratch something on the project and that'll help, at least they try, it's a team work not a slavery for you. Second, leave them behind. This one's usually what everybody tends to do. But believe me, if the teacher or whoever give you the project "blind", justice is completely extinct. But, the bright side is, you know exactly how to do the project, you know every single detail about it, you get a lot of experiences from doing the project. Those who don't? Well karma always comes around and if God allows, you will see karmas hit them.

So whatever happens, just give your best because a result never lies to its process. Well, except for love problem, sometimes it lies to the process. Have a great day! Spread love not hate and be true to who you are!
