Review:

RED is unlike other Taylor's previous albums, it has multiple genre in it. There are pop, country, dance, and also soul. Taylor did pretty well with this album, she scored her very first #1 single on Hot 100 with "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together". What a long title for a song that is, let's just say it as "WANEGBT" instead of saying "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" shall we? Taylor also got her hair straight for this album, and I kinda like her hair that way rather than the curly one.

I love the album artwork, it's artistic just like the songs on this album. Lyrics are great and powerful as always, she finds ways to tell her other story from her new songs on this album. My favorite tracks are "22", "WANEGBT", "IKYWT", "Red", "Everything has Changed", and "All Too Well". Those are the greatest songs on this album for me, they sound cool and there are connections between the lyrics and the tunes as always, I can say that this album is a high class kind of music. 

Taylor won 8 billboard music awards the next year (2013), and she performed "All Too Well" at Grammy Awards 2014. She becomes the first artist to perform a song which is not a single. It's very rare honestly to see singers performing a song that's not their single at such a big event. I see a different Taylor in this album, a catchy and fun kinda Taylor. Oh and she also achieved the highest honor in Country Music Awards by receiving the "Pinnacle Award". The award was presented by 8 country singers if I'm not mistaken, plus, she got congratulates from Julia Roberts, Ellen Degeneres, Justin Timberlake and other artists.

And this is hear at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, holding 8 trophies including "Album of the Year", and "Artist of the Year". She also performed her hit single "22" at this occasion.

Based on awards, I think this album has the highest achievements of all. Second is Fearless who won her 4 Grammy Awards in 2010, including "Album of the Year", defeating Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson. For me, Red is one of my favorite album, and always will be. Taylor came to Jakarta during her Red World Tour in 2014, although I couldn't attend the concert, but it was one of the most precious moment in my life knowing that Jakarta is noticed by Taylor. It was such a big honor having her in Indonesia. Happy downloading and streaming and listening people!
